We collect details entered into access enquiries, provider profiles and plumbing requests. Request details are used to match relevant providers. Contact and address details are shown to the plumber whose estimate you accept.
Flor provides account authentication and service support. Cloudflare hosts the websites and operational records. If AI chat is configured, your question is processed through OpenAI; avoid sharing passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details in chat.
Essential cookies keep your account and request access private. Browser notification permission is optional. No advertising tracker is installed in this initial release.
Contact kazi@cansoft.com for access, correction or deletion requests. We verify identity before disclosing or removing private records. Software enquiries are retained for up to 90 days under the shared lead workflow. Operational retention policies are confirmed before live service onboarding.
This Canada marketing site requires your name, work email, phone number and consent to contact you. Business details and a preferred time and time zone are optional. Your enquiry is saved with the site source and shared with the central Flor lead workflow for follow-up. Do not enter customer records, passwords or payment details in an access enquiry.
