Information you provide

We collect details entered into access enquiries, provider profiles and plumbing requests. Request details are used to match relevant providers. Contact and address details are shown to the plumber whose estimate you accept.

Flor and infrastructure

Flor provides account authentication and service support. Cloudflare hosts the websites and operational records. If AI chat is configured, your question is processed through OpenAI; avoid sharing passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details in chat.

Sessions and notifications

Essential cookies keep your account and request access private. Browser notification permission is optional. No advertising tracker is installed in this initial release.

Access and deletion

Contact kazi@cansoft.com for access, correction or deletion requests. We verify identity before disclosing or removing private records. Software enquiries are retained for up to 90 days under the shared lead workflow. Operational retention policies are confirmed before live service onboarding.
