Platform and providers

Flor Plumbing provides software and Top Emergency Plumbing connects customers with independent participating providers. Individual plumbers are responsible for their professional work, estimates, credentials and service arrangements.

Requests and estimates

Submitting a request does not guarantee provider availability or arrival. The three-minute window is for a response. Read the scope and tax notes before accepting an estimate. Any later change to the job or price should be agreed with your provider.

Early access and demonstrations

Demo providers, rates and jobs are fictional. The demo does not contact plumbers, make bookings or take payments. Live service availability depends on onboarding and operational verification.

Fees and payments

No software subscription or platform payment is collected through this initial release. Any commercial terms are disclosed before agreement.
